Molly, who was raised in Pennsylvania, began performing professionally in Philadelphia at the Prince Music Theater at 13 years old. She was in The Snow Queen. Her nomination was for one of the Barrymore Award nominee for her character of Little Red Ridinghood at the Arden Theater's production Into the Woods. After making her Broadway debut, at just 15, she reprised her role and won an award from the Drama League Award. Molly was also as a character in The Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof in 2004. After graduating of Princeton University, where she was awarded the degree of B.A. on Religion. She also was a Triangle Club member, Molly went on to attend Princeton University. Then she attended Princeton University where she was a part of the Triangle Club and received a bachelor's degree in the year 2008. During this time she also had her first film role in Disney The College Road Trip as Wendy Greenhut. Molly's career continued after leaving college with various Off Broadway plays, among those was End Days by Ensemble Studio Theater. Molly also worked for a television show as a character in Royal Pains as well as an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly was in a variety of regional plays including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and the Barrington Stage Company, North Shore Music Theatre and the Westport Country Playhouse's show The Diary of Anne Frank. She was Anne. Molly was best known as Ali from Paranormal Activity 2 and for the ABC Comedy Last Man Standing written by Jack Burditt, starring Tim Allen.
